The QC Department performs following activities:
- RM/PM Analysis
- Finished Products Analysis
- In-process Checks
- Stability Studies
The QC Activities are managed through four sections:
- Instrumental Analysis and Finished Products
- Wet Analysis Laboratory
- Microbiological Testing Laboratory
- Packaging Material -Testing Laboratory
Some Salient Features of QC are:
- Latest and sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC & FTIR.
- Fully furnished Microbiology lab.
- All QC functions are managed through LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Software).
- More than 40 highly qualified QC professionals to run the lab operations.
- Well-equipped Analytical Developmental Lab to develop and validate the testing methods and procedures for new drug formulations.
- Separate and well-equipped Stability section in the lab for conducting the stability studies of various formulations (Accelerated, Intermediate and Long term).
- Well established and throughly validated testing procedures for all the formulations manufactured by us.
- Well stocked Library in the lab having latest Pharmacopeia, Reference Books and Journals.
