Ruby Lewis

Co-founder and Director of Business Development & Operations

Ruby is guided by a proven track record of driving strategic growth, cultivating strong partnerships, and expanding market presence. With nearly 20 years of experience in the Interiors industry, she has guided various organizations to streamline operations, enhance business processes, and ensure the seamless execution of key functions. Throughout her career, Ruby has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic objectives, achieving both immediate and sustained business growth.

In her current role, Ruby oversees the company’s daily operations, focusing on optimizing workflows, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, identifying new business opportunities, forging valuable partnerships, and leading initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Namrata C

Director of Finance

Namrata, with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, is responsible for overseeing the Finance operations of the company, ensuring financial stability and driving strategic decision-making, to support both short-term goals and long-term growth.

Namrata’s role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management, while closely collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights necessary for effective planning and performance optimization.

She is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency and works to support the leadership team in making informed, data-driven decisions.
